A Guide to Registering on Ardhisasa

Ardhisasa
is an online platform that allows Citizens, other stakeholders and interested
parties to interact with land information held and processes undertaken by
Government. It was developed by the Ministry of Lands and Physical Planning in
consultation with the National Lands Commission, County Governments and other
stakeholders, for Kenyans by Kenyans. This platform enables citizens to access
credible, reliable and efficient land and land-based services.

There
are two registration processes, one for individuals and the other for
companies. Below is a step-by-step guide to Ardhisasa registration:

Individual
Registration

To sign
up as an individual, follow the steps below:

1)        Go to the Ardhisasa Kenya platform on a
personal computer

2)        Click on the “REGISTER” button
(top-right corner)

3)        Choose “Individual Registration” from the
drop-down options

4)        Follow the on-screen instructions and
provide the required details (ID, phone number, and email)

5)        Set up a password for your account

Company
registration

If
you’re registering as a company, do the following:

1)        Go to the Ardhisasa platform on your
personal computer

2)        Click on the “REGISTER” button located
at the top-right corner

3)        Select “Company Registration” from the
drop-down list

4)        Provide the required information
(company registration number, mobile number, and email address)

5)        Complete the account opening process by
creating a password

With
your individual or company account registered, you can now log into Ardhisasa and start accessing the offered services.
