EARB Final Reminder To All Unregistered Real Estate Agents

Estate Agents Registration board is calling all real estate
who have are not yet registered to do so now for the May intake. Any person
practicing as an Estate Agent without Registration is doing so illegally and
risks Prosecution, poses the board.

All Estate Agents looking to apply for Registration during
the May intake should drop their application documents at their offices at
Survey of Kenya by 30th April, 2022. Register today to avoid penalties.

How to apply:

1.       Download the form from their website. Registration

Fill in and attach the required document i.e

·        
Recent passport Size photograph

·        
Identity card/passport

·        
Curriculum vitae

·        
Educational certificates

·        
Letter of recommendation from a registered and
practicing real estate agent

·        
Certificate of good conduct

3.      
Pay Ksh. 1000 registration fee to ACC 110 416
3829, KCB bank

4.      
Drop your application to our offices at Survey
of Kenya

Once you submit the application documents, the board will
vet your application and after a period of one week you will receive a call to
pick up a letter to inviting you to attend an interview with the Estate Agents

The Estate Agents Registration Board earlier on issued a
notice public participation on proposed Kenya real estate agents’ code of
conduct and CPD rules on Thursday, 28th April,2022, to be done virtually.
